Daily Vitality Editorial Policy
Daily Vitality publishes educational wellness articles, practical tools, and digital guides. We aim to make health information easier to understand without pretending that a website can replace a clinician.
How we choose topics
We focus on questions people repeatedly search for and use in everyday life: sleep, nutrition, movement, stress, heart health, gut health, skin and hair, hydration, prevention, and health-literacy tools.
Sources
For medical or nutrition facts, we prefer primary or high-authority public sources such as NIH, CDC, FDA, NIMH, professional medical societies, and other recognized public-health organizations. New evidence can change recommendations, so source dates and page updates matter.
Originality
We study the questions people are asking and the way successful health publishers organize information, but Daily Vitality articles are independently written. We do not copy another publisher’s wording, article body, images, or branding.
Medical boundaries
Our tools are for education, planning, tracking, or screening-style engagement. They do not diagnose disease, determine a person’s true medical risk unless a validated clinical method is explicitly used, or replace an examination, laboratory test, or professional assessment.
Corrections and updates
When we identify an error or an important change in evidence, we aim to update the page and its “updated” date. Readers can use the Contact page to report a concern.
Commercial independence
Products, affiliate relationships, or sponsored material should be clearly labeled. Educational conclusions should not be changed simply because a product is sold on the site.
